GTHC Predicts, Liverpool at Home
Lets hope we can keep the run going, always going to be tough, but at least the curse is off! Fingers crossed but can feel a 2-0 and back into 4th place coming on................COYI

I know Liverpool went out of the FA Cup against Manchester United last weekend but I saw some signs of improvement from them, especially in attack, and there was more of the same in Thursday's win over Tottenham.

This is a tough test for Jurgen Klopp's side, but it is the sort of game they will win if they maintain their current form.

Lawro's prediction: 1-2

Scorch, you can almost write the script cant you?

Got a feeling we'll be unlucky AND cheated. Dodgy pen with that diving cunt salah getting tapped and hitting the deck like he's been hit by a wrecking ball.

We'll lose. We just almost always do.

I'm expecting it to be very undeserved or unlucky, in the vein of the Man U or Chelsea games before Christmas.

Nailed on at least one dodgy penalty for them.

Yesssssss

"If Liverpool maintain their current form"? Of playing competently once in about six games?

Fucking dick.

Re: GTHC Predicts, Liverpool at Home
What will sorely piss me off is if we play the same way as we have in recent games where we create chance after chance and don't finish them off only to get punished for it. We got away with it against the likes of Palace but we didn't against better teams like Man U and we certainly wont against Liverpool.

Head says score Draw and Heart says we can do this.

This Liverpool, which are good going forward and dangerous in attack.

Is that the same Liverpool, who recently went 4 consecutive league games without scoring?

Well, that should guarantee them a hatful, Sunday.

Re: GTHC Predicts, Liverpool at Home
They play the old Arsenal way, back 4 high up the pitch to trap the opposition offside. As Villa showed, if you counter quickly and have runners behind the line their defence is confused and disintegrates. I would expect Moyes with his wily old head to have recognised this and will put similar into effect. Spudz are on the slide, made Liverpool look good.

Spurs were predictable and off key last.

Liverpool are very dangerous in attack but, they are also vulnerable in defence. We have every chance of turning them over.

Delighted GTHS has predicted a Liverpool win, the pressure is off :)

Fuck it, I think everything is going to click on Sunday.... we will be superb, play them off the park and win 4-2 in a classic! COYI!!

Liverpool blew Spursy away last night.
Matip getting injured is in our favour, but their front 3 were dangerous last night and both Trent and Robertson played really well.
We have a very disciplined defence but are susceptible to the ball over the top with players with pace, Coufal and Cresswell will be busy.
We need to counter-attack quickly with Bowen getting in behind and I think that Antonio will boss their makeshift centre halves.
I would take the draw, but in teh words of Kevin Keegan "i'd love it if we beat them"

Antonio, Bowen and Benrahma should cause their make shift back four all sorts of problems. I'd take a draw right now though.

Re: GTHC Predicts, Liverpool at Home
After our recent run I honestly see this as a free hit, Would take a draw all day long.

IF we lose, and it's always disappointing to lose, even though many on here don't seem bothered when we do 'oh come on, what do you expect ffs, their a CL side whose forwards cost more than our whole squad put together'') I would be confident we will be back on track at Villa and Fulham.

Wouldn't be surprised at any outcome, but would be disappointed if we lose. Which is itself a measure of where we are (and where Liverpool are). Kind of expect a draw, but of course hoping for a win.

Matip is out now, so that's 3 CB's out, if Antonio brings his A game to the table, i fancy at least a draw.

2-2

I am dreading another big club dodgy VAR decision going against us. You just know Salah is going to crumble like a deck of cards if one of our players as much as breathes on him. 1-2

Re: GTHC Predicts, Liverpool at Home
We have a very good chance given the number of chances we are creating but we HAVE to take them against Liverpool or we'll be punished. Also, we have to remain 2 points in front of the cunts and be LONDON'S TOP SIDE.

Really looking forward to this now. A real test to see how far we’ve come over the last few months. A win here and maybe Europe is on ...

His comment about taking our chances made me chuckle. He obviuosly didn't watch Antonio's 4 misses.
We've struggled to finish teams of despite playing well.
